Sell Settings brings every Sell configuration into one place. Changes on every page save automatically.
Required permission: the Online Shop pages need the Online Store feature and access to shop settings. The Checkout and Point of Sale pages need access to Point of Sale settings. You only see the pages your role can open.
To open Settings, click Settings in the sidebar under Sell. On a computer, the settings menu takes the place of the Sell menu in the sidebar. Click Back to Sell at the top of the sidebar to return. On a phone or narrow window, tap the menu button at the top of the page to pick a settings page. The settings menu has three groups:
  • Online Shop — Storefront, Fulfillment, and Notifications
  • Checkout — Payments, Checkout Questions, and Receipts
  • Point of Sale — Inventory Deduction

Online shop

Your storefront link, the location it sells from, branding, WhatsApp button, and FAQ. See Set up your shop.

Fulfillment

Pickup options and timeslots customers choose at online checkout. See Checkout and fulfilment.

Payments

Manual payment methods

These are payments you confirm yourself, such as cash, bank transfer, and QR. Each method has a POS toggle and an Online Store toggle, so you choose where it’s offered. Cash and Bank Transfer are system methods. You can turn them off but can’t remove them.
1

Add a method

Click Add and choose a type: Standard, QR Payment, or Bank Transfer.
2

Name it

Enter the Name customers and staff see, for example PayNow or Card.
3

Add online store details

Under Online Store settings, add what customers need to pay:
  • Bank Transfer — Bank, Account number, and Recipient
  • QR Payment — upload your Payment QR image (PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 5MB)
  • Standard — instructions only
4

Require proof (optional)

Turn on Require payment proof upload if online customers must upload a payment screenshot before placing an order.

Payment providers

Connect a payment gateway to take card and e-wallet payments that confirm automatically. HitPay is the available provider.
  1. Next to the provider, click Connect and enter your API key and Salt. Use test keys in sandbox mode and live keys in production.
  2. Copy the Webhook URL into your provider dashboard so payment confirmations reach Relyant.
  3. Turn on Accept payments, then choose where to offer it: Online store, Web POS (shown as a QR code at the register), or both.
  4. Click Test connection to check the setup.
The provider shows ACTIVE when connected and accepting payments, INCOMPLETE when connected but turned off, INACTIVE when not connected, and TEST in sandbox mode.

Checkout questions

Collect extra details with each order, such as a student’s name or class. Click Add Field and set the Label, Type, optional Placeholder, and whether it’s Required. Types are Text, Number, Dropdown, Multi-Select, Date, Long Text, and Checkbox. Under Channels, choose POS to ask staff at the register, Online Store to ask customers at checkout, or both. Answers appear under Additional Information on the order.

Receipts

Choose whether receipts collect a signature when goods are handed over:
  • No signature — receipts don’t ask for a signature.
  • Printed signature line — prints a blank “Received By” line on receipts for orders not yet collected.
  • Digital signature — captures the recipient’s on-screen signature when you mark an order fulfilled. It’s saved and shown on the receipt.

Point of Sale

Inventory Deduction sets how register checkout affects stock:
  • Deduct immediately — stock is deducted at checkout and the order is completed and fulfilled right away.
  • Reserve first — stock is reserved at checkout and the order starts pending and unfulfilled. Stock is deducted when you mark the order fulfilled, or released if you cancel it.

Web POS

See these settings in action at the register.
