Stock holds
Online shop orders, and register sales made with Reserve first, hold stock instead of deducting it straight away. On an item’s page, Stock Levels shows Total Stock, Reserved, and Available for each location. Only available stock can be sold. To see what’s holding stock, open the item’s Reservations tab, then Store Orders. A hold is released when the order is fulfilled (the stock is deducted), cancelled, or refunded before fulfillment.Related
