Reviews shows the star ratings and comments requesters leave after their maintenance work is done. Use it to track service quality and follow up on poor experiences.

Turn on ratings

Ratings are off by default. Until you turn them on, the Reviews page shows “Work Order Ratings not enabled”.
1

Open work order settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Work Orders. You can also click Go to Work Order Settings on the Reviews page.
2

Enable ratings

Turn on Enable Work Order Ratings. Your change saves automatically.

How requesters rate their experience

When a work order linked to a request is marked Completed, the requester gets a status update email. If ratings are on, the email includes a link to rate the work.
1

Open the rating link

The requester clicks the link in the email. If they aren’t signed in, Relyant asks them to sign in first and keeps their rating.
2

Choose a rating

The requester picks one to five stars, from Very dissatisfied to Very satisfied.
3

Add a comment

Optionally, the requester adds more feedback.
4

Submit

The requester clicks Submit rating.
Only the original requester can rate a work order, and each work order can be rated once. If the requester opens the link again, they see Already rated.

View reviews

In the sidebar, under Maintenance, click Reviews. You need read access to work orders. Each review shows the reviewer, the work order number, the star rating, the date, and any comment.
  • Filter by rating — click All or a star value from 1 to 5.
  • Sort — choose Most Relevant, Newest, Highest Rating, or Lowest Rating.
  • Follow up — open the More options menu on a review to copy the reviewer’s email or phone, or to open the work order or work request.
