The Calendar brings your scheduled work into a single view. It shows work orders, asset bookings, location bookings, and help desk requests, so you can spot clashes and busy days at a glance.
You need read access to work orders to open the Calendar. Each event type only appears if your role can read it and, for bookings and help desk, if that module is turned on for your organization.

Open the calendar

In the sidebar, under Workspace, click Calendar. You can also click the Calendar tile on the home screen.

Change the view

Use the view selector to switch between: Use the arrows to move back or forward, and click Today to jump to the current date.

Filter events

Open the filters to narrow what you see:
  • Event Types — work orders, asset bookings, location bookings, or help desk
  • Help Desk — specific help desk request types, or No Help Desk Request
  • Requester — who raised the item
  • Assignee — who the item is assigned to
Click Clear to reset all filters. With no filters set, the calendar shows everything you have access to.

Read the calendar

The legend at the bottom explains the styling:
  • Color shows the event type.
  • A solid border means the item is confirmed. A dashed border means it’s pending.
  • A dot shows priority: red for high or urgent, amber for medium, and grey for low.
Click any event to open its details in the side panel. From there, click View Full Details to open the full record.

Adjust the display

Click Display options to change:
  • Density — Compact or Comfortable
  • Show full 24 hours — when off, the grid fits to the hours that have bookings
  • Group by — Nothing, Room / Asset, Assignee, or Event type
