Facilities & Assets is Relyant’s core operations app. You use it to track maintenance work, book rooms and equipment, run help desk queues, schedule transport, and keep a register of your assets and locations.

Open the app

Each Relyant app runs on its own subdomain. Facilities & Assets is served at the root of the facilities subdomain, for example facilities.on.relyant.app. To switch to it from another app:
1

Open the app switcher

Click the grid icon (Apps) in the top bar.
2

Choose Facilities & Assets

Under Apps, click Facilities & Assets. Click Home instead to return to the hub that lists all your apps.

Home screen

The app opens on a home screen that greets you and shows tiles grouped into three sections:
  • Essentials — My Requests, Calendar, Approvals, and Reports
  • Modules — Maintenance, Location Booking, Asset Booking, Transport Requests, and Help Desk
  • More — Inventory, Assets, Locations, Members, and Settings
Tiles show a badge when items are waiting for you, such as pending requests or approvals. A module tile reopens the tab you last used in that module.
You only see tiles and sidebar items for modules your organization has turned on and that your role can read. Requesters don’t see Reports or Approvals, and the Settings button is hidden for requester and member roles.
Transport Requests opens from its tile on the home screen. Settings sits at the bottom of the sidebar.
