Every published event is live on your school’s public events page. Guests don’t need an account to buy tickets or register.

Your public events page

Your page lives at events.relyant.app/<page address>. You set the address, title, welcome text, and contact details in Settings › Public page. The page lists Upcoming events, and Past events too if you turn that on. Each event has its own page with the date, location, description, and tickets. To share an event, open it in Events and copy the link from the Event page card. The link works once the event is published.
For an online event, the public page shows only that it’s online. The meeting link goes to guests with their tickets.

How guests check out

1

Choose tickets or seats

Guests pick how many of each ticket type they want, or tap seats on the map for a reserved-seating event. Then they click Continue.
2

Fill in ticket details

If the event asks for names on tickets, guests enter a Name on ticket for each one under Ticket details, and answer any per-ticket questions.
3

Enter their details

Under Your details, they enter their Name, Email, and WhatsApp number, picking the country code from a list. They also answer any once-per-order questions.
4

Choose how to pay

Under Payment method, they choose Pay online or one of your manual methods, such as bank transfer. Free events skip this step.
5

Finish

They click Register for a free event, Continue to payment to pay online, or Place order for a manual payment.
On a phone, the total and the next button stay pinned to the bottom of the screen. If sales are paused, closed, or the event is cancelled, the event page shows a banner explaining why, and tickets can’t be picked. Tickets are held while the guest pays. If the hold runs out before payment, the checkout expires and no money is taken.

The order page

After checkout, guests land on their order page, and get a link to it by email. Once the order is confirmed, the page shows one QR code per person, with the seat for reserved seating. Guests can Add to calendar, Share on WhatsApp, click Save as PDF to download their tickets with one page per ticket, or click Join online for an online event. For a manual payment, the order page shows the bank details or payment QR code and the amount. Guests click Upload payment proof to send a screenshot or photo of their transfer. Their tickets arrive once you confirm the payment.
For a free event, guests can cancel their own registration from the order page before the event starts, under Can’t make it?. With several tickets, they click Cancel tickets and tick the ones that can’t make it, or All tickets. Their places go back on sale, and their other tickets still work.
