Open an event to manage who’s coming. The event page has these tabs: Overview, Orders, Guests, Seats (reserved seating only), Blasts, and Registration. The Orders, Guests, and Blasts tabs show a count. The Orders count turns amber when manual payments are waiting for you.
Required permission: confirming payments, adding guests, and editing orders needs permission to edit events. Cancelling a paid order also needs the refund permission. Exporting the guest list needs the export permission.

Confirm manual payments

When a guest pays by bank transfer or QR, the order waits for you to confirm it. The event page shows how many manual payments are waiting. Click Review → to open them.
1

Open the orders to confirm

On the Orders tab, choose To confirm.
2

Check the proof

Click Proof to see the receipt the guest uploaded, if any.
3

Confirm or reject

Click Confirm to issue the tickets and email them to the buyer. Click Reject to cancel the order and release its tickets. You can add a reason for your records.
If a payment arrives after the order’s hold ran out and the event has since sold out, confirming it tells you to refund the buyer.

Manage an order

Click an order to open it. From the order you can:
  • See the buyer, each ticket, check-ins, and Registration answers
  • Click Edit to change the buyer’s details or the Name on ticket
  • Click Resend tickets to email them again
  • Click Cancel ticket or Cancel order. The tickets stop working and the places go back on sale. Refund paid orders yourself.

Each person gets the email with the event details and a link to their own tickets. Sent blasts are listed with who they went to and when.
