The Adjustments tab on the Inventory page has two sections:
  • Inventory Logs — an organization-wide record of every stock movement.
  • Adjustment Approvals — manual adjustments waiting for a decision. This section only appears when Require Adjustment Approval is on in Inventory settings.

View inventory logs

1

Open the Adjustments tab

In the left sidebar, click Inventory, then click the Adjustments tab.
2

Open Inventory Logs

Click Inventory Logs if it isn’t already selected.
3

Filter the logs

Use the type filter to show Received, Added, Removed, Transfer In, or Transfer Out, and set a from and to date. Click Clear to reset the filters.
Each row shows the Item, Type, Change, Location, Source, and Date. Click an item name to open it. Click Load more to see older entries. The Source column tells you where a movement came from:
To see the history for a single item, open the item and use its Transactions tab.

Approve or reject adjustments

When adjustment approval is required, a stock adjustment doesn’t change stock right away. It waits as a pending request until someone approves it. The Adjustments tab shows a badge with the number of pending adjustments.
Required role: Owner or Admin, or a custom role with permission to approve inventory adjustments.
1

Open Adjustment Approvals

On the Adjustments tab, click Adjustment Approvals. The Pending filter is selected by default.
2

Review the request

Each row shows the Item and location, the Adjustment (for example, +5 or -2), the Reason, and who Requested it and when.
3

Decide

Click the check mark to approve or the cross to reject. When you reject, you can add an optional reason.
To decide several at once, select them with the checkboxes, then click Approve or Reject in the bar at the bottom of the screen. Use the All, Pending, Approved, and Rejected filters to review past decisions. Decided rows show who approved or rejected them, when, and any reason given.
Pending adjustments also appear in Approvals for the people assigned to approve them.
