Settings in Stock & Inventory holds the configuration for inventory, supply requests, purchase requests, and purchase orders. Organization-wide settings, such as team members and approval workflows, stay in Facilities & Assets settings. To open it, in the left sidebar, click Settings under Stock. Relyant opens the first settings page you can access.

Settings pages

Each page needs its own permission, so you only see the pages you can use. Supply Requests, Purchase Requests, and Purchase Orders only appear when the matching module is turned on. Accounting Codes appears with the Purchase Orders module. Members can view some pages but can’t change them.
Changes on the Supply Requests, Purchase Requests, and Purchase Orders pages save automatically. The page header shows Saving… and then Saved.
