You need permission to view reports. See Reports overview for how to open them.

Filter report data

The chart and table update as soon as you change a filter. Each multi-select filter lets you pick several values.
  • Work Orders: filters sit in the Filters row of the controls bar.
  • Bookings: the Created At date range sits on the top row. Click Filter to add any other filter. Each filter you set shows as a chip; click Clear to remove them all.
Status options depend on the report:
  • Work Orders: Open, In Progress, Blocked, In Review, Completed, Canceled
  • Location Bookings and Asset Bookings: Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled
Looking for Help Desk ticket reports? They moved to Help Desk. See Help Desk reports.
To clear every filter and return to the default settings, click Reset.

Choose a date range

Click the date filter to open the date range picker. Under Quick Select, choose:
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • This month
  • Last month
  • This year
  • All time
To pick your own dates, enter a Start Date and End Date under Custom Range, then click Apply.
