The Work Orders and Bookings reports share the same layout. A controls bar sits at the top, followed by a Chart and a Results table. The Transport report uses its own layout, described below.
You need permission to view reports. See Reports overview for how to open them. Help Desk ticket reports are in Help Desk: see Help Desk reports.

Shape a report

1

Open a report

In the sidebar, under Workspace, click Reports, then click Work Orders or a report under Bookings.
2

Choose a measure

Use Measure to pick what the report counts. Only the Work Orders report offers a choice:
  • Issue Count
  • Avg Time to Completion
  • Avg Time to Respond
The Bookings report always shows Booking Count.
3

Choose how to display results

Use Display by to group results along the chart’s main axis. Choose a time period or an entity. The default is Month.
4

Add a breakdown (optional)

Use Segment by to split each bar into colored segments, such as by Status. Choose None for plain totals.
Averages can’t be segmented. When you pick Avg Time to Completion or Avg Time to Respond, Segment by is fixed to None.

Display and segment options

You can’t segment by the same field you display by.

Use report tips

Click Tips to see Report Suggestions. Click any card to apply its Display by and Segment by settings. For example, the Work Orders report suggests Hotspot Locations (by location, segmented by status) and Staff Workload (by technician, segmented by status). To go back to the default settings, click Reset.

Read the chart and results

  • Chart shows a bar chart of the results. Hover over a bar to see its values.
  • Results shows the same data as a table. Each row has a Total, plus one column per segment when you use Segment by.
Relyant remembers your report settings for the rest of your session. When you come back from a record or a drill-down, the report looks the same.

Work order ratings

The Work Orders report has two tabs: Work Orders and Ratings. Click Ratings to see:
  • Average Rating — the average star rating and the number of ratings
  • Rating Distribution — how many ratings got each star value
  • Rating Over Time — the average rating per period
  • Rating by Assignee — each Technician with their Avg Rating
Use the date range picker and the period selector (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) to change the view.
Ratings only appear when Enable Work Order Ratings is turned on in work order settings.

Transport report

The Transport report summarizes completed trips. It opens on the current month.
1

Open the Transport report

In the sidebar, under Workspace, click Reports, then click Transport.
2

Check the summary cards

The cards at the top show Trips completed, Total cost, Distance, Avg cost / km, and Fuel share.
3

Group the trips

Click Driver, Vehicle, Month, or Requester to group the table. Groups are sorted by highest spend first. Month groups are sorted newest first.
4

Expand a group

Each row shows Trips, Distance, Toll, Parking, Fuel, Total, Cost / km, and the average rating. Click a row to list its individual trips. Click a trip to open the transport request.
A Total row at the bottom sums every group.
