A class is a group of students in one grade for one academic year, such as “Grade 1 A”. Classes are where students are enrolled, teachers are assigned, and attendance is taken.
Every role can view classes. Creating, editing, and deleting classes needs class permissions. Assigning teachers needs teacher assignment permissions, and adding students needs student update permission. By default only Admin, Owner, and Super Admin have these.

In the rail, click Academics. It opens on Classes. The list shows classes for the academic year selected in the sidebar year picker, with each class’s Class Name, Grade, and Students count.
