The People page lists everyone who has been added as an attendee on the notes you can access. Use it to find all the meetings you’ve had with a particular person.

How the list is built

Scribe builds the list from the attendees on your notes, so you don’t manage it separately. Each person appears once, with:
  • Their attendee type, such as student, parent, staff, or external guest
  • How many notes they appear in
  • The date of their most recent note
People who appear in the most notes are listed first.
The list only includes notes you can access: notes you own, notes shared with you, and notes in folders you belong to. Someone may appear in other notes that you can’t see.
