Assign a work order

Open the work order

In Maintenance → Work Orders, click the work order you want to assign.

Click Edit or Assign

Click Edit or the Assignee field directly.

Select a technician

Search for and select the technician or team member to assign the work order to. Only members with the Technician, Manager, or Admin role will appear in the list.

Save

Click Save. The assigned technician will receive a notification.

Update priority

Open the work order

Click the work order you want to reprioritize.

Change the priority

Click the Priority field and select a new level:
PriorityUse when
LowNon-urgent, can be scheduled in normal course
MediumShould be addressed within a few days
HighUrgent, needs attention within 24 hours
CriticalEmergency requiring immediate action

Save

Click Save. The technician will be notified if the priority increases to High or Critical.
