You can download the Help Desk tickets you can see as a spreadsheet. The export only includes tickets you can already see in your lists.

Where to find it

Click Export above the ticket list on either of these pages:
  • My tickets: the tickets you created, or, if you’re on a team, tickets assigned to you or your teams.
  • Tickets in a team: that team’s tickets only.

Export tickets

1

Open the dialog

Click Export. The Export tickets dialog opens.
2

Pick a format

Under Format, pick Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv).
3

Pick which tickets

From My tickets, use Tickets to pick Tickets I created. If you’re on a team, you can also pick Tickets assigned to me or Team tickets (all my teams). A team’s Tickets page always exports that team.
4

Narrow the list (optional)

Use Created to pick Any time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, or Custom range with From and To dates. Then filter by Status and Form. Assignee and Team appear when they apply to the tickets you picked.
5

Download

Click Export. The file downloads, and a message says how many tickets it holds.

What the file contains

Each row is one ticket, with these columns:
One export holds up to 5,000 tickets. If you hit that limit, the message says so. Narrow the date range and export again to get the rest.
