Your organization has its own sign-in page at <your-slug>.on.relyant.app. Staff, parents and guardians all sign in there. You can brand it with your logo, colour and a welcome message.
Required role: Owner or Admin

Open the login page settings

In the admin console, under Customise, click Login page. A Preview beside the form shows the real sign-in page. Switch between the Email, Password and Code steps to see each one. The preview updates as you type, but nothing goes live until you click Save changes.

Set the sign-in address

The Sign-in address card shows your organization’s link. Click Copy link to share it with staff and parents, or Open to visit it. To change the address, edit Address name (organization slug). Relyant checks that it’s Available as you type. A slug:
  • Uses only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens
  • Is 3 to 32 characters long
  • Doesn’t start or end with a hyphen
The slug is the address. When you save a new slug, the old link stops working, so share the new one.

Brand the page

In the Branding card, you can set:
  • Display name — the name shown on the page. Leave it blank to use your organization name.
  • Logo — click Upload or Replace. This is also your organization’s logo across Relyant.
  • Brand color — pick a preset or enter a colour such as #1e3a8a. Relyant tells you whether text on it is easy to read, and suggests a darker or lighter colour if not.
  • Background image — optional. Add a Color overlay to keep text readable on the image.
  • Welcome message — a short line under the heading.
“Powered by Relyant” always stays on the page.
Custom domain, such as login.school.edu, is coming soon.

How people sign in

1

Enter an email

Everyone starts with their email. Parents and guardians use the email your school has on file.
2

Choose how to sign in

Staff can use their password, or click Email me a sign-in code to get a 6-digit code. Parents and guardians don’t need a password and use a code. Anyone can also click Continue with Google.
3

Go to the right place

Staff go to their apps, and parents go to their children’s updates. Someone who is both staff and a parent sees Where to? and picks Staff or Parent or guardian.
If the account doesn’t belong to your organization, the page says so and offers Sign out and use another email.
