Required role: Owner or Admin to configure organization-wide notification settings. All members can manage their personal notification preferences.
Relyant sends notifications for key events across all modules — work order updates, booking confirmations, purchase request approvals, and more. You can configure which events trigger notifications and how they’re delivered.

Organization-wide notifications

Go to Settings

In the left sidebar, click Settings, then Notifications.

Configure notification triggers

For each module, toggle on or off the events that should trigger notifications:Work Orders
  • New work order created
  • Work order assigned
  • Work order status changed
  • Work order completed or overdue
Bookings
  • New booking submitted
  • Booking approved or rejected
  • Booking reminder (configurable time before booking)
Procurement
  • Purchase request submitted
  • Purchase request approved or rejected
  • Purchase order sent or goods received
Service Requests
  • New service request submitted
  • Service request status changed
  • Comment added to a request

Save

Click Save Changes. Notification settings apply to all members in the organization.

Personal notification preferences

Each member can manage their own notification preferences from their profile:

Go to your profile

Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner, then select Profile Settings.

Update notification preferences

Toggle on or off the specific notification types you want to receive. You can also configure delivery channels (in-app, email) if available.

Save

Click Save. Personal preferences override organization defaults for your account.
