Configure notification triggers
For each module, toggle on or off the events that should trigger notifications:Work Orders
- New work order created
- Work order assigned
- Work order status changed
- Work order completed or overdue
- New booking submitted
- Booking approved or rejected
- Booking reminder (configurable time before booking)
- Purchase request submitted
- Purchase request approved or rejected
- Purchase order sent or goods received
- New service request submitted
- Service request status changed
- Comment added to a request
Personal notification preferences
Each member can manage their own notification preferences from their profile:Update notification preferences
Toggle on or off the specific notification types you want to receive. You can also configure delivery channels (in-app, email) if available.
