Required role: All members can view availability. Admins and Managers can configure capacity settings.

View asset availability

Go to Asset Bookings

In the left sidebar, click Bookings, then Asset Bookings.

Open the calendar or availability view

Switch to the Calendar or Availability view to see which assets are booked and when.

Select an asset

Click on a specific asset to see its full booking calendar — all past, current, and upcoming bookings.

Configure capacity for an asset

Some assets can serve multiple users at once — for example, a set of 30 laptops where up to 30 can be booked simultaneously.

Open the asset

In Assets, click the asset you want to configure.

Edit the asset

Click Edit.

Enable bookable and set capacity

Toggle Bookable to on, then set:
  • Capacity — the maximum number of units available for booking at one time

Save

Click Save. The asset is now bookable with the configured capacity.
