Steps
Describe the issue
Fill in the request form:
- Title — a short summary of the issue (e.g., “Leaking tap in Staff Bathroom”)
- Description — more detail about the problem, when it started, and any relevant context
- Location — the building, floor, or room where the issue is (optional but recommended)
- Asset — the specific asset involved, if applicable (optional)
- Priority suggestion — indicate how urgent you think the issue is
Add a photo (optional)
Attach a photo of the issue to help the maintenance team understand what needs to be done.
Tracking your request
After submitting, you can view the status of your request in Maintenance → Work Requests → My Requests. You’ll be notified when it’s converted to a work order or rejected.Next steps
