Any Relyant member can submit a work request to flag a maintenance issue. This is the starting point for getting a repair or maintenance task completed.

Steps

Go to Work Requests

In the left sidebar, click Maintenance, then Work Requests.

Click Submit Request

Click the Submit Request button.

Describe the issue

Fill in the request form:
  • Title — a short summary of the issue (e.g., “Leaking tap in Staff Bathroom”)
  • Description — more detail about the problem, when it started, and any relevant context
  • Location — the building, floor, or room where the issue is (optional but recommended)
  • Asset — the specific asset involved, if applicable (optional)
  • Priority suggestion — indicate how urgent you think the issue is

Add a photo (optional)

Attach a photo of the issue to help the maintenance team understand what needs to be done.

Submit

Click Submit. Your request will be sent to the Admin or Manager for review. You’ll receive a notification when the status changes.

Tracking your request

After submitting, you can view the status of your request in Maintenance → Work Requests → My Requests. You’ll be notified when it’s converted to a work order or rejected.
