# Reports

> Analyze supply request, purchase request, and purchase order activity

**Reports** turns your supply and procurement activity into charts and tables you can filter and export.

To open it, in the left sidebar, click **Reports** under **Insights**. Reports opens on the first report your organization has turned on.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Requesters can't see **Reports**. Members, Admins, and Owners can view reports.
