# View Analytics Dashboard

> Get a high-level overview of your organization's operational performance

  **Required role:** **Admin** or **Manager**

The analytics dashboard gives you a summary of key metrics across your organization, updated in real time.

## Steps

  <Step title="Go to Reports">
    In the left sidebar, click **Reports**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="View the dashboard">
    The dashboard loads automatically with summary cards showing:

    * Open work orders
    * Work orders completed this month
    * Active assets
    * Upcoming bookings
    * Low-stock inventory items
    * Pending purchase requests
  </Step>

  <Step title="Explore charts">
    Scroll down to see charts for:

    * Work order volume over time
    * Work order completion rate
    * Booking utilization by location
    * Asset distribution by category
  </Step>

  <Step title="Switch the date range">
    Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to view data for the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 12 months, or a custom range.
  </Step>
