# Shared booking calendars

> Create a public, view-only link to your room and asset bookings

A shared booking calendar is a public link that shows a filtered view of your bookings. Anyone with the link can view it without signing in, which makes it useful for people outside Relyant, such as a parent group or an event partner.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Shared calendars are public. Each booking on the page shows its number, room or asset, purpose, time, status, and the requester's name and email address. Only share the link with people who should see this information.

## Create a share link

**1. Open your bookings**

Go to **Location Bookings** or **Asset Bookings**, then click **Share**.

**2. Start a new link**

In the **Share Calendar** dialog, click **New share link**.

**3. Name the link**

Enter a **Label**, for example "Parent Support Group Calendar".

**4. Choose what to include**

* **Booking type** — **Room bookings**, **Asset bookings**, or **Both**
* **Show bookings** — **Created by me**, **Assigned to me**, or **Both**
* **Filters** — limit the calendar to specific **Locations**, **Assets**, or **Status** values. Leave a filter empty to include everything.

**5. Create and copy the link**

Click **Create Link**, then click the copy icon to copy its URL. Click the open icon to preview the page.

> [!NOTE]
>
> A shared calendar only includes bookings you created or are assigned to. It doesn't share your whole organization's bookings.

## What viewers see

The shared page shows your bookings in **List**, **Day**, **Week**, or **Month** view. Viewers can filter by status and date. The calendar updates as bookings change, so you don't need to send a new link.

## Revoke a share link

**1. Open the Share Calendar dialog**

On **Location Bookings** or **Asset Bookings**, click **Share**.

**2. Delete the link**

Find the link and click the delete icon. Anyone who opens the old URL sees a message that the link may be invalid or expired.

> [!TIP]
>
> Each link belongs to the member who created it. You only see and manage your own share links.
