# Settings overview

> Find every settings page in Facilities & Assets and who can open it

**Settings** is where you configure your organization and each Facilities & Assets module, from approval rules to booking rules and reference number formats.

## Open Settings

In the sidebar, under **Manage**, click **Settings**. Relyant opens **Workflows** first. On a computer, the settings menu takes the place of the Facilities menu in the sidebar. Click **Back to Facilities** at the top of the sidebar to return. On a phone or narrow window, pick a settings page from the menu at the top of the page.

>
> To open any settings page, you need permission to view settings. Each page in the menu also needs its own permission, so you only see the pages you can use.

## Settings pages

The settings menu groups pages under **General**, **Resources**, **Core**, **Add-Ons**, and **Organization**. Pages under **Core** and **Add-Ons** only appear when their module is enabled.

| General | **Workflows** | Approval workflows for requests and bookings |

| Core | **Work Orders** | Work order numbering, ratings, assignees, and categories. See [work order settings](https://docs.relyant.app/facilities/settings/work-order-settings.md) |
| Core | **Work Requests** | Which fields requesters must fill in. See [work request settings](https://docs.relyant.app/facilities/settings/work-order-settings.md#work-request-settings) |
| Core | **Location Booking** | When locations can be booked, booking rules, buffers, and custom fields |
| Core | **Asset Booking** | When assets can be booked, booking rules, buffers, and custom fields |
| Add-Ons | **Transport** | Transport request settings |
| Organization | **Organization** | Your organization's details |
| Organization | **Team Members** | Who belongs to your organization and their roles |
