# Orders, guests, and blasts

> Confirm manual payments, manage orders and the guest list, and email ticket holders

Open an event to manage who's coming. The event page has these tabs: **Overview**, **Orders**, **Guests**, **Seats** (reserved seating only), **Blasts**, and **Registration**. The **Orders**, **Guests**, and **Blasts** tabs show a count. The **Orders** count turns amber when manual payments are waiting for you.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Required permission:** confirming payments, adding guests, and editing orders needs permission to edit events. Cancelling a paid order also needs the refund permission. Exporting the guest list needs the export permission.

## Confirm manual payments

When a guest pays by bank transfer or QR, the order waits for you to confirm it. The event page shows how many manual payments are waiting. Click **Review →** to open them.

**1. Open the orders to confirm**

On the **Orders** tab, choose **To confirm**.

**2. Check the proof**

Click **Proof** to see the receipt the guest uploaded, if any.

**3. Confirm or reject**

Click **Confirm** to issue the tickets and email them to the buyer. Click **Reject** to cancel the order and release its tickets. You can add a reason for your records.

> [!WARNING]
>
> If a payment arrives after the order's hold ran out and the event has since sold out, confirming it tells you to refund the buyer.

## Manage an order

Click an order to open it. From the order you can:

* See the buyer, each ticket, check-ins, and **Registration answers**
* Click **Edit** to change the buyer's details or the **Name on ticket**
* Click **Resend tickets** to email them again
* Click **Cancel ticket** or **Cancel order**. The tickets stop working and the places go back on sale. Refund paid orders yourself.

## Guest list

The **Guests** tab lists every ticket holder, filtered by **Going**, **Checked in**, or **Cancelled**. Search by name. To check guests in, click **Check-in** at the top of the event page. See [Check-in](https://docs.relyant.app/events/check-in.md).

To add free guests, such as performers or VIPs:

**1. Open Add guests**

On the **Guests** tab, click **Add guests**.

**2. Add one guest or a list**

Choose **One guest** and enter a **Name**, optional email and WhatsApp, and their tickets. Or choose **Import a list**, then **Upload CSV** or paste rows from a spreadsheet. Click **Template** for the column layout.

**3. Add them**

Tick **Email the tickets to guests with an email address** if you want to send them. Tick **Go over the limit if the event is full** to add guests past capacity. Click **Add guest**.

Click **Export** to download the **Guest list (CSV)**, **All tickets, incl. cancelled (CSV)**, or open **Print guest list**.

## Send blasts to ticket holders

On the **Blasts** tab, email the people going, for example with a reminder or a change of plan.

**1. Write the message**

Type in **Send a blast to your guests…**. To send to everyone with a ticket, click **Send**.

**2. Choose recipients (optional)**

Click **Advanced** to pick the **Recipients**: **Everyone with a ticket**, **Not checked in yet**, or **Checked in**, and optionally only some ticket types. You can also add a **Subject**. The panel shows how many people it goes to. Click **Send Blast**.

**3. Confirm**

Confirm to send. Blasts can't be unsent.

Each person gets the email with the event details and a link to their own tickets. Sent blasts are listed with who they went to and when.

Under **System Messages**, **Event Reminders** shows the automatic email sent to everyone with a ticket the day before the event. Click **Manage** to turn **Send Automatic Reminders** on or off. This setting applies to all your events.
